Winter Solstice Ritual, Sunday, December 22nd @ 5pm PST

Greetings,
Cascadia Grove will be holding our Winter Solstice Ritual at Edge of The Circle Books on Sunday December 22nd @ 5pm PST. All folk of good will are invited!
We will stream the ritual via zoom for those who are unable to attend in person.  This will depend on available bandwidth, but we will do our best.
Parking and building info are at the end of this email.

Shane will be leading our rite. We will honor Lleu Llaw Gyffes and celebrate the longest night..
There will be time in the middle of the ritual for personal offerings.  Offerings to Lleu Llaw Gyffes, are appreciated, but you may make an offering to any deity or spirit you wish.
Offerings are optional.

After the ritual, we will have time for questions and discussion.  Cascadia Grove is committed to the inclusion of folks of good will.  With this in mind, we ask everyone on this call to practice awareness and sensitivity in regards to conversations about sex, race, gender, sexuality and other protected and marginalized groups.  We ask that this time be focused on subjects of Pagan interest.  Politics are filling people’s minds a lot these days but we ask that folks keep the conversation apolitical to encourage a purposeful space for matters Pagan.

We will do our best to make zoom streaming work, but tech can be a fickle friend. Streaming has worked so far, so I expect it to be fine

We will be closing admittance to the Zoom ritual at 5:10.  Please make sure you are on Zoom with us by then.

Shrines at White Mountain Druid Sanctuary

It is summer 2019 and the Goddess Brigid’s Shrine is being built! The walls are up and the roof should be done by winter. The Goddess Samona’s Shrine just has a few finishing touches. Over the last year, we also got a statue of Lleu Llaw Gyffes and there is now a shelter built over his statue.
The Patreon site (patreon.com/wmds) has been updated with information about getting engraved bricks for the walkway up to Brigid’s Shrine. We also have a blog at https://witchesandpagans.com/pagan-paths-blogs/cascadia-druids.html.
